A Clean and Check Service ensures that your air conditioners and furnaces perform as safely and efficiently as possible. This routine maintenance should be scheduled twice a year and coincides with the seasonal change from summer to winter and winter to summer. Our goal is to prevent mid-season interruption of service and to keep your family comfortable all year 'round.

What does a Furnace Clean and Check Service Include?

Our expert technicians will perform the following operations:

1. Check filters and replace if necessary.
2. Check and clean the burners, removing any rust that decreases heating efficiency.
3. Check vent motor performance and remove any naturally occurring corrosion.
4. Inspect the vent system and remove any naturally occurring corrosion.
5. Check the heat exchanger for cracks, corrosion and soot which decreases heating efficiency and could indicate a safety issue.
6. Check the operation of the humidifier and electronic air cleaner for proper operation. We replace pre-filters as needed and clean the filter collector cells.
7. Make certain that your furnace is performing at maximum efficiency.

What does a Air Conditioner Clean and Check Service Include?

Our expert technicians will perform the following operations:

1. Check all filters and replace if necessary.
2. Clean the outside condenser unit to remove grass clippings, dirt and other items that impede the flow of air over the coil and decrease the efficiency of the unit.
3. Clean the inside evaporator coil to remove dirt, dust and other items that decrease the efficiency of the unit.
4. Check the refrigerant pressure and inspect the system for leaks and corrosion.
5. Clean the condensate drain and verify that it is open.
6. Turn the humidifier off and verify that the air cleaner and UV lights (if applicable) are operating properly.
7. Make certain that your air conditioning system is performing at maximum efficiency
